Technology and data are getting more and more important in mobility, but who’s controlling access, and therefore the rules of the game? It's been years since it was, seemingly, an infinite source of possible solutions. Today, it is an integral part of how the city works, like e-mobility and sharing-schemes. But who’s controlling access, and therefore the rules of the game? And can systems like Mobility-as-a-Service function within the rules of the commons?
