Climate change is seen as the biggest corporate risk (WEF, 2020). It is one of the main reasons that sustainability is increasingly important for organizations to remain successful.

Finance professionals can play a powerful role in the transition to a sustainable, resilient economy. They can enable sustainable finance; to move capital flows to sustainable assets and business activities.

Currently sustainability information is not always integrated in target setting and decision making. However this is changing rapidly. This change is not easy, however very relevant and inspiring!

The Masterclass is organized in an inspiring online learning environment with a group of enthusiastic professionals. Knowledge exchange, interaction and inspiration are the key elements of this training.

Programme

This Masterclass consists of two online sessions in a virtual classroom setting (maximum group size of 8 participants).

  • Part 1 – June 4th 2021 9.00h -12.00h
  • Part 2 – June 10th 2021 9.00h -12.00h

These online session will be supplemented with;
2 assignments (max 2h self-study)
1 peer-coaching session (1h)
1 coaching session with trainer (1h)

About the trainer

Anne Wagenmans is owner of SUSC and trainer of this Masterclass. She worked for over 18 years for international organizations as FMO, AEGON and ExxonMobil in sustainability, HR, organizational change and finance. She holds a Masters degree in Business Economics and finalized a postgraduate in Sustainability at the University of Cambridge. As of 2019 she works part-time for the University of Cambridge, for sustainability courses on leadership, business and sustainable finance.
