Mindfulness & Yin (3 gratis spots)

A more meditative form of yoga to get you in the present
This event is in English
Free admission

In Mindfulness & Yin classes we put an emphasis on going inward and being present. Present with your breath, with every move you make and the feelings and sensations that occur during your practice.
Through focusing on the physical body, we aim to unfocus from the mind and be with what is and not with what the chatter in our mind makes of it. The pace in these classes is slower while still moving, the intensity less, and the meditative aspect therefore stronger. The challenge is one of the mind to stay with each and every move and sitting posture not get carried away. We will help you with cues to remain in the driver seat and remain the observer instead of the subject of what happens.

Pratice, Be and Connect!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga, in which movement is synchronized to the breath, is a term that covers a broad range of yoga classes that originated from the ashtanga lineage. This style is sometimes also called flow or dynamic yoga, because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a “dance”. There is no fixed form of asana’s and sequences vary from gentle, fluid to powerful. Teachers like Shiva Rae, Baron Baptiste, Sharon Gannon and Brian Kest shaped the vinyasa flow field. Each teacher has its own style and every class is different and music is used to support the

practice. Every week we can give away five spots for the lessons in Circl, register via the button on the left. Too late for a free spot? You can also book the lesson via YFI,
